Chocolate Ganache
2 6 inch square cakes cut in half each. Used 1/2 batch of IMBC for filling. 24 oz of chocolate 12 oz of cream. Melt chocolate in a water bath with cold cream. Tried melting chocolate with hot cream but chocolate came out lumpy.
